Narrative:
No matter how you cut it, VF Legato is a winner. Beginning with his genes and continuing with the evaluation of his presence and his fiber, Legato has done well from California to South Carolina. When you talk of genetics for alpacas you usually begin with the sire of the offspring. There is no better place to begin than with Accoyo 4Peruvian Legacy 6016; however, let us not forget Legato’s maternal genes…you know it really does take two outstanding alpacas to make something special like Legato. In this case, NWA LTD Angie is the dam and brings Legato Accoyo blood direct from PPeruvian Felix G4562. When you combine these two bloodlines you know to expect excellence…and we have it in VF Legato. The cria that are the result of our breeding efforts with Legato are to kill for and they will be seen in the ring during this coming show season. Legato is having a very representative showing of siring males of excellence and females that will carry his makeup to many other farms. Legato can be viewed at our farm and can be a part of your farm’s genetic legacy if you hurry! We will only be contracting for ten outside breedings to this fella’ each year. We also restrict his breeding activities to the months of December to April.
Breeding Fee: $2,800 (Standard Breeding) Legato's outside breeding schedule availability is complete until fall 2009
