Guest Book and Opinions

We have been blessed over the past twelve months (and longer) with a very high quality group(s) of alpaca cria.  Here is a sampling:
Well, WKF hit the jackpot on this little fella'!  Son of MFI Monsanto and RCAF Don Juan's Jazz Dancer, WKF All That Jazz-Bo is the total package.  That is a common phrase in the alpaca business; however, when used in connection with this young male it speaks volumns.  Why do I make these bold statements?  Let me just list the reasons:  MFI Monsanto, DPA Quetzal, PPeruvian Timoteo G4565, 4Peruvian Matador 6030, PPPeruvian Don Juan 6005, MFI Peruvian Barringer, and PPPeruvian El Moustachio 6003, all in his family tree...need I say more?  Look for him this year and see what I mean!

A proud member of Pinkie's 'Pacas at Walnut Knoll Farm's Herd, and just as black and fine as you can imagine.  Treasure is a "real" treasure and he is developing into an excellent specimen of an alpaca.  Do not be surprised to hear from this young gentleman for years and years to come.  While no one can foresee the future, Treasure sure fills up your vision here in the present!   Son of our own CDF Collaborator Mac and Teomanilli, daughter of PPeruvian Demetrio G4553, he is already standing tall and straight.  We are excited for Pinkie and will make Treasure a part of our farm's show string this coming year.

Pure envy...yep, that is what I said!  Judy and I are envious of Pinkie and her good fortune to have PR (Prince Rudolph) as one of her up and coming male alpacas.  We are also proud to say that our herdsire, VF Legato, is the proud papa of PR.  PR is golden, both in color and in heritage.  His grandfathers and great grands would make anyone sit up and take notice.   Here is what I mean:  4Peruvian Legacy 6016, PPeruvian Felix G4562, El Padre, and PPeruvian Demetrio G4553.  These genetics would not mean anything if PR did not live up to their billing, but one look at this guy's fleece will convince you that he is indeed special.

Azul's Autumn Moon is 3/4 Peruvian and Accoyo.  Her dad is My Peruvian Accoyo Full Moon, and she has PPPeruvian Don Juan 6005, 6Peruvian Accoyo Fiona IMPR98, Patagonia, and PPeruvian Timoteo G4565 in her bloodline.  She is the reflection of her mom's gentle personality and  her fiber has to be seen to be appreciated.

Now it takes guts to name a cria just out of the oven, WKF El Montante'...but with this guy it was easy.  El Montante' is the son of our herdsire Peruvian Bronex, and along with his mom, RBA Cleo, he is loaded with potential!  We are talking background here...My Peruvian Rolex,4Peruvian Ajax 6004, PPPeruvian Mr. President 6006, Snowmass Snow*King, PPPeruvian Augusto 6009, and 4Peruvian Legacy 6016...quite a package.  That is why his name is WKF El Montante'...look it up - then join us later in the year so we all can see if he really deserves such a title!

Meet WKF Mac A Jac's Ebony.  This little darlin' is gonna be one of the best greeters on the farm some day.  We can just see her prancing up to visitors and looking them straight in the eye as she checks them out!  Ebony's background includes PCA Peruvian Microsoft, PPeruvian Camilio, Ameripaca's Big Mac, Macusani's Majesty, and Peruvian Macusani G204.

Knock Out Rosie...why Knock Out Rosie?  Well, we mixed MFI Scimitar with WHFNC Legendary Sweet Coronella and got a knock your socks off rose gray cria.  What other name would we use?  Can you believe CPeruvian Silvio 106 IMPF98, PPeruvian Leon G4560, The Silversmith HST S452, Snowmass Noble Night, Snowmass Nova, Snomass Peruvian Casanova, and Incan Magic in one little rose gray alpaca.  Come to see us, our Knock Out roses, and of course, WKF Knockout Rosie!!

When your mom has a name like Zany Brainy, you have to be good!!  WKF Stormy Knight, is that and more.  Born on a stormy morning with Black Peruvian Royal Forest as his dad...what a jump start!  If you are familiar with Magical Farms herdsires you know that PPPeruvian Royal Fawn 6014 is Royal Forest's sire, but not being familiar with our breeding planning, you probably do not know that Stormy has an excellent extended family on both sides, looking beyond his mom you will find PC Peruvian Knightrider, 5Peruvian Black Ice 9069, Snowbelt Curly Clay and 5Peruvian Capuccino 9071...and that includes only the notable males!!

WKF Ivory's Ironman came by his name honestly...he was born and twenty minutes later he was on his feet...he never laid back down for a good three or four hours (or longer).  We did not believe this, up walking around, nursing, checking out his surroundings, a true ironman of a cria!  His strong nature probably comes from his sire, VF Legato and from his ancestors:  4Peruvian Legacy 6016, PPeruvian Felix. PPPeruvian Don Juan 6005, and PPPeruvian Mr. President 6006...don't you think?
